The building was shattered, bodeis littering a once beautyfull place where citizens joyfully voted for numerous leaders. But one lonely night, the DSP proclaimed the island one of it's inner provinces, and that they could no longer vote, or protest the government. Of course, this didn't go so well. Now general Kraidleman was stuck in the grand lobby, planning and pondering. Suddenly, a T-863 burst through the giant wooden doors, and shot the general dead in the chest. The explosion was gory and horrifying. The building was in ruin. You couldnt even tell it had finished construction at this point. All morale ceased to exist.
