Civil war In C.S.A, We need help!It's turmoil and chaos.

My country is just out of a short but brutal civil war. We are at political unrest as out government is changing so feriously . If anybody could supply us with troops, advice, and help we would be more than greatful.
The civil War was caused by an uprising led by the newlly elected Comrade. He was really part of a rebbellion force.

There were 1,450,000 estimated deaths.
The Rebellion(South) Won and now it's more of Anarchy then anything.
We are currently trying to decide what to do with our government, should it become a republic? We need people to help us decide.

IC:The Islamic Republic of Dumsinz will assist the C.S.A in fighting agasint the rebellion. Sence the C.S.A is part of the AMTF, we'll dispatch any forces the C.S.A requests...through we're already sent our troops in other areas and combat zones. The Republic will still assist the C.S.A.

The North as just surrndered! The rebbelion has won!
Comrade is now changing the Government to a Republic!

"Dear C.S.A and other nations, this change is for the best!
Now We will be the Armed Republic of C.S.A!!!
I will need help from foriegn nations. Including pulling your your troops away from our borders. I know you were going to help the North, but it is to late.
I know some see this as a bad change, but it is Good!
We will stop forced Military Service, no more Big Brother program.
Now We just ask foreign nations for there help in recreation
