When we heard that slavery was legalised in your nation we supported the way you carried it out, making sure the slaves were not treated like second class citizens. We however are equally happy to recieve the news that it is now once again banned within the sovereign territory of Globexanter. We understand the economic difficulties repealing this law will cause but it ensures that citizens cannot be mistreated at the hands of would-be owners and therefore we offically support your recent actions regarding slavery.

As the previous Nations whom have contacted us, we wish to thank you for your kind words of support.
We actually expect that the repealing of this legislation will not cause Globexanter any economical damage. The owners/dealers/traders in this situation brought the problems we have created upon themselves by as we have noted, exploiting the loopholes. Already, a total of 1,067 once-slaves have been freed by Owners whom failed to comply with the release warning. We are not confused over whom to hand these men over to, as they do not wish to remain in Globexanter. Does the Foreign Office of Kington Langley know an Anti-Slavery organization which may be able to take these men & women on?

We understand that former slaves may have little documentation regarding their country of origin but our government is willing to transport some to our colony in Antarctica. On arrival they will be taken to temporary housing complexes where they will await transportation to their country after they have undergone a series of interviews which will help establish their identity. We shall oversee the treatment of these people and make sure that, even with the vast numbers, their treatment is above minimal international standards. We hope that you can accept and that we may begin the process of helping this people rebuild their lives.
