District 19 was once a wonderful city. It was a center of trade and industry. It was the poster boy of capitalists. Great architecture,culture,food,music you name it. It had almost no unemployment and the Auto industry was booming. People thought it was a utopia. Then the unthinkable happened.

A scientist named Alfred Green was told by the ruling council to event a drug to calm people down. It could be used to break up protests, help prisoners, even be used as an anti depressant. Alfred Green of course accepted, he was the greatest mind in the world. So he invented the drug, unfortunately when tested on mice it made them violent and eat their own kind. So the project was abandoned. Years later a terrorist got a hold of the drugs and released it into the cities water supply. It made the population crazy and devolve. Millions of people were killed from the drug. A small percent of the population survived but were still savages. They killed people and raped them until death. An even smaller percentage was totally immune. They came together to fight the Revers as the savages were called.

The people have managed to create a life out of the ruins and death in the ruins. The people are a total democracy, everyone has a vote and everyone is equal. At age fifteen you have to be able to fight and will ether serve in the military or other jobs that will help the survival of man.

Short Bio:

Three missionaries from the Tyranno-Sinosian Empire, Blaesus, Cilo and Curio, were dispatched to District 19 in order to convert the local people to the Path of the Eternals; noting that the planet was dangerous, the Seer Council hired two Avios bodyguards/mercenaries to protect the missionaries. The missionaries also brought along Mintaka, a human slave girl. Unfortunately their ship was damaged malfunctioned after an attempted pirate attack (the pirates could have taken the ship, but seeing the Imperial Emblem on the side decided not to risk the Empire's wrath); as a result it crash landed, stranding the missionaries and their cohort on the planet. Still determined to convert the local populace (by force if neccesary) the missionaries began making their way towards District 19.

Weapons: Two Avios rifles, five grenades, two disruptors, a chainsword

Equipment: A rather inaccurate map, some rope, field rations, ammunition and first aid kit.

Skills: The Avios are both trained mercenaries.

[Sorelika (Ancient)]

Nation Name:Sorelika(Parasitic Dominion to outsiders)
Character/Characters Names: Sorgga, Dergga, Carrier Selkka
Short Bio:
The Sorelika are modelled after the flood, but have some distinct qualities. They are hatched as small, very weak insectoids. Usually, within an hour and a half the young creature finds a host. (Any living creature that has calcium, say humans or dogs) Once the host is found, the spawn as they are called, the spawn (Usually a small group of five or so) either kill or incapacitate the host to be. Then, one of the spawn enters the brain of the new host taking complete physical and mental control. The spawn now gains sentience and can communicate with other Sorelika in a manner similar to telepathy. Generates ,as they are called once they gain sentience, also gains the knowledge and abilities of the host. It is not un common to find an Adaptoid. Adaptoids, as their name suggests, are able to adapt very quickly to climate and environment. Say a carrier falls into a lake. The carrier will drown, but her adaptoid young(About 10% of all spawn) will quickly adapt to the water and break out of the egg sack where carriers young are held.


Weapons: small claws. The two grown ones (Sorgga and Gergga) a plasma pistol and large, very sharp claws


Equipment: Communications equipment, as well nutrition and calcium packs. Ther small scout ship Korrak's Steed is equipped with two light plasma cannons, but no ther major equipment besides the hyperdrive and stealth fields.
Skills: The two Generates' hosts were two human males that were found on a military vessel deep inside Sorelikan space, The two bodies are in good physical condition. However, Carrier selkka has taken on the form of carrier, which is a three foot tall insectoid creature, with large claws and barbs that can be used for combat. She is currently carrying a dozen eggs.
Occupation: Warriors, Scouts, and scavengers.

Short Bio: These eleven are the survivors of a party of twenty five tourists en route to another place in the Multiverse. Some of them will be injured upon arrival, and have a variety of occupations and ages. The oldest, Foster Chang, is seventy-one, the youngest, Indri Wallace, only nineteen.

Skills: Cunningham, Zoller, Loupe, Guterrez, and Pridmore are quick at mental math and calculus, Rue is a competent orator and debater (no less because she is a lawyer by trade), Zoller and Chang are polyglots, Cunningham had basic military training as a private in the former Joplinia Defense Forces, Tilford has a good eye and paints very well, Brash has absolute perfect pitch, Kanarek is an avid hunter and regular practices shooting skills, Pridmore boasts the single longest drive at the West Neue Bayreuth Driving SkyRange, Wallace can bench 190 kilograms.

Short Bio: Lucius's history is shrouded, elegant and dangerous with any weapon, he has been used by Apoctis to command war bands into battle and has been known to be a master strategist, sometimes Lucius goes out of his way to kill someone for no reason other than he feels like it. Obsessed with torture and death, he is very unstable in the mind. He worships the dark god Slaanesh, and as such must seek the ultimate pleasure. Short Bio: Energy Being who was created by the Drej, Was meant to be the Drej super soldier, is thought to be the last one of his kind. He is the combination of Drej and robotic technology
Weapons: Energy based weaponry, including energy whips, rifle, and his all known electric coil. Also has heat and electric bombs.
Equipment: drones, which are controlled by Sylux, that are cabable of leaving energy bombs and tripwires, a small fighter/explorer ship- capable of cloaking and shifting time zones
Skills: because of his energy based core, he is able to alternate his time flow, making him move faster than normal, up to 3x as fast. While quick, strong, and cunning, he over assumes his capabilities. he also is able to shift time zones/dimensions. He is, but doesn't often, able to change one energy to another (i.e. heat to light, sound to heat)
