I think it should start as a spat between a slave and none slave nation that drags the rest of us into a war. For example a anti slave nation tries to board a slaver ship/fleet and they fight back causing a reaction form the slave state that starts the war.

well, sorry for being a bit unintelligent, but how the hell would that turn into a war?

Like, yeah, a slave ship passes my water, it isn't like i start attacking that nation just for that?

But yeah, sorry for not understanding international war politics...

Yeah a major war wouldn't start over that. We need a reason that brings all our nations in for some reason or another

Based on that we make several fronts, based on the populations like we discussed.

it should go like WW1, instead of an Austrian prince assasinated:
- Anti-slave force board the slave fleet. Slavers fight back. Anti-slave nation declares war.
- Ally of slave nation sees an opportunity to declare war and invade Anti-slave nation.
- Other nation declares war because of that and an other nation as a reaction to that declaration etc. Until we have a multi front war with everybody involved somehow.

Just FYI, Mirkana isn't in this for ideology. They merely recognise that the anti-slavers have the moral high ground, and want to be seen to share it. Their real goal is to gain the power and prestige that comes from being on the winning side of a major war.

I'll join in once the war has started.
