There is no neutral however you can be hired as mercenaries.

We seriously need some Pro-Slave nations. I'll have to have my troops show respect and fight with fair numbers so that we can feel like we actually proved something. We probably won't be in this war too long. Our leader goes out of office on April 2^nd and will be replaced by a World Peace Advocate and Philanthropist.

No, see there will be multiple threads, so the entire thing is not just a massive Cluster fuck of nations all doing a different thing, that way the forces will be spread more evenly and be more fun, Christantle simply tells you which front to go to, the rest is your choice.

Looks like I'll have to stick on just one front due to the threat of Revolution in Alevuss. I hope I'll be able to have my medical and rescue workers span at least 2 or three fronts. I'll have to edit my factbook to show how many medical workers Alevuss has.
