I'm pretty sure they were notified of this before Matthew a while back when we started this, then I got in-active a little because of real life, and the plan's of invasion got spoiled.

However I'll like to tell everyone if you want to join you may because I now have plenty of time to role play any invasion posts.

So I say that possibly two more nations can join in the Invasion. Which already includes you and Britannia.

Well, there was this whole thing a few pages back where we decided on what weapons to use. Although with Celis gone I think we should get Western Russias to do some more voting. Hopefully in a more organised manner.
