By now I have reached the same conclusion. I'll try again with colouring the outline of the symbol white, and then turning the contrast up to maximum, which should leave me with just the shape of the think in black with a white outline. In theory.

Also, I didn't make it, it's a recolouring of the Assassin profession symbol from the MMORPG Guild Wars (which I used to play - and almost only used that profession (i.e. class))

Proposal: Imperial Court of Justice

While there is a presence of a Coalition of Imperial Forces, the Empire of Esternial - a nation that holds justice above all - feels that the SEC also requires an Imperial Court of Justice.

Its main functions are the following (subject to change by the SEC's own discretion):

• Settle legal disputes submitted to it by members of the SEC
• Impose penalties onto members that have disobeyed any laws of the SEC, violated any other members, etc.
• Discuss deployment of the Coalition of Imperial Forces in foreign lands by request of another nation.

Each member nation of the SEC will have one member in the Court.
In addition, there will also be a Supreme Judge who will maintain peace in the Court. His vote will be equal to any other, yet he is also tasked with reaching a consensus with the other members of the Court and declare the decision of the Court to the nations of the SEC.
