OoC: Do you need someone inside the alliance already pointing out that? I still believe Spires would make a great member of this alliance, as we desperately need another democracy of the Proletariat in the alliance, if not, than we are setting a dangerous precedent, that would go against the very thing the alliance was originally created for. Need I remind the Stalinist nations in question that it was not more than 3 months ago, that we didn't even allow Stalinism, or Maoism, or slavery in the alliance. I find it more than disturbing the trend towards ejecting democracy from this alliance, and do not find that it is reasonable to keep Crystal Spires from the alliance, as the state of Crystal Spires meets all requirements of the alliance, with the slightly possible chance of not cooperating with Stalinist/Maoist nations, howerver, Crystal Spires has already agreed to accept the Stalinist/Maoist nations as members of the community. It is for that reason that I support the entry of Crystal Spires into the alliance.

We of Crystal Spires cannot express the joy we have to stand side by side with our brothers, and as a very important concern we have we are concerned with the rise of Fascism in the world. We wish to perhaps see if we can organize a summit on behalf of addressing this most important issue, and also perhaps it would also be crucial to become better acquainted. Capisaria too worries about the recent shifts in the alliance to allow Stalinist and Maoist nations, and is greatly alarmed that Slavery is allowed. Unless this is repealed, Capisaria will be holding a referendum to decide to resign and leave this alliance.

While it can be acknowledged that there have been alterations in the constitution of this organisation, it would be enlightening for us if Capisaria would point out when Slavery gained acceptance here.

Also, the Labour Party of Radictistan has gained membership. The Communist Party of Radictistan cannot be offered membership, though I'm sure that some members would be willing to offer a safe haven for CPR members.

The Congress sounds like it might be vaguely intersting (I use that phrase way too often) but given the RL constraints on my time and the fact I'm already in an RP, albeit a dormant one, I'm afraid I'm going to have to pass it up. It's a shame. I haven't had a chance yet to RP any of the more leftist Radictistanis with the exception of a few low-level "freedom fighters."

Radictistan, it's not a problem. The Congress seems to be slowing down anyway, though I do hope it will be a temporary reduction in activity rather than an end to the RP.

Regarding the notion of a group RP, there is still the option of a group meeting or a non-political gathering. While I still cannot host an event myself, it would be possible if a member is willing to put themselves forward for the honour of serving as the host nation.

I have developed the idea a little. I intend for the event to be something in the shape of what I intended the Congress of Socialists to be like, a political event with non-political items like dinners and the like in the intervals. As things stand, I intend for Koyro to be the host, if that is acceptable to Koyro. Sorry Isotopia.

In addition to legislation creating organisations that would do the support of culture that Crystal Spires suggested, I wish to do the following:-

. Codify the duties of the Commissions in a precise manner
. Do the same for the Extraordinary Commission for Alliance Security
. Add additions to help us better support proletarian revolutions and encourage non-state/exiled communists to join our organisation with the special membership status created for them

I also believe getting the posting of articles started up again would be good for activity. I will be posting an article on slavery soon, given that the issue of slavery, via renewed activity by anti-slavery groups and nations, has become one we can act on. Also, I've given a link to the following thread to most of you. Still, some of you have not received it.
