Jacob Hans nodded in Response,

"So I think that it is agreed that ALL Weapon of Mass Destruction should have its tariffs increased. This includes; Biological, Nuclear, Chemical and Radiological. If all of the Members agrees to this then I suggest we have it place under one of the ULN's Trade policy.
Now back to Agriculture Tariffs, The Fiefdom would like to send this as a proposal. Please feel free to ask any questions at all."

He searches frantically in his File and took out a piece of what seem to be a Important Document.

ULN Trade Policy #01
Removing of Agriculture Tariffs

The Fiefdom of Sans Frontieres, in pursuance of the removal of Tariffs on Agriculture, would like to proposed this as one of the ULN Trade Policies.

Condition:

1. Member Nations of the ULN are to remove tariffs on Agriculture when it comes to exporting or importing Agriculture good(s) within the ULN.

2. Though the Tariffs on Agriculture good(s) have been remove, member nations must still continue to keep a good service and quality of the good(s) and should not slacken or reduce the service and the quality of the good(s).

3. Companies that are unable to Remove the Tariffs should at least try to reduce the Tariffs, But if the company in question is unable to do both. They would be exempt from this policy but will be monitored with closed surveillance so as to prevent any Companies to lie and cheat their way out of this policy.

4. If The Government has no knowledge of their own Company/Companies Breaking the Policy, the Government will not be held responsible but rather the Company in question will stand Trial in the Supreme court of the ULN.

5. Member nations and Companies that break this Policy should be dealt harshly and will stand trial in the Supreme Court of the ULN.

If the conditions above are deemed acceptable, Pleased Sign accordingly,

"I agree to this ULN Trade Policy #01. However, if a company is breaking the mentioned rules without the Government knowing, the Government should not be held responsible. We must also take into matter that some companies may be just too poor to afford to reduce the tariffs, what should we do in their case?" asked Daniel Guy.

This of course, is just a suggestion."

"So is it safe to put down your signature onto the Policy, or do you wish to wait for the policy to pass first? Either way, I for one am glad that We have the support of Nation such as yourself. This goes for all the nations that are present in this Conference room. With your help, We can help the ULN's member nations to prosper in their darkest moments."

"I believe on signing this proposal however I must first contact our Great and Noble President, Jeffery Milam. I shall return after the call is made. I am almost certain he shall sign this document."
And with that, he left the room to make a phone call.

"That won't do, The Fiefdom has a Arms Storefront in use to help bolster our economy. And We are one of the Worlds top in the Arms Industry so restriction of selling arms would be counter-productive. How 'bout we restrict the selling of W.M.D. instead of Weapons at a whole?"

"We also rely on our Arms. Industry, that should not be restricted. Restricting the selling of W.M.D. would be productive in many ways, we should also request that before a W.M.D. sale is made that the buyer is screened intensively before the sale is passed." said Daniel Guy.

"I was not referring to the Arms Industry as a whole for that is an important industry to Tecknoko. I was implying the restrictions be only implied to Weapons of Mass Destruction.

"Pardon me, I thought you were refering to the Arms Industry as a whole,"

Jacob look at his translator.

"If its the W.M.D. you are talking about, I believe that Restriction of the Selling of any type or form of W.M.D is productive and fully supports it."

"We would also, again, support that. But what should we do to the sale of W.M.D.? Just put the tariffs up or restrict the sales per month?" asked Daniel Guy.
