The Foreign Minister stopped, and turned around, and began to try to remember the information.

"His name is Ryan Gache, yes, he has indeed been in the Navy before he began his political career. But he was only in the G.N.F. National Sea Rescue due to his young age. His father was the Commander of the ninth Fleet tho." he said.

"Commander of the Ninth Fleet ? Was he involved in action around Robbeneiland during the Colonial War of '43 ? There was a Globexian screening force present at that time."

"Possibly, the Ninth Fleet was more used in Globexian National waters or disturbances classed as important near those. Personally, I am not sure of the details myself. If you really want to know, it isn't too hard for me to get a copy of the files from the Ministry Of Defense to over here. Wouldn't break any confidentiality, if it was back in 1943 it was even probably publicly released." he said, thinking of the large archives present in the Ministry Of Defense, both in paper and in computer records.

"I could file a request one of these days. I think that I remember where I have seen the picture before. It's on my father's desk. He is a retired naval officer."

"I'm sure I can get it soon, I could also get a Dutch copy if you ever wanted one." he added, returning to walking towards the door.

"That would be perfect. Even-though I was raised in the Aberdeenshire area. Dutch isn't the lingua franca in that area." The commodore followed the Minister.

"I'll get a Dutch and English version then, if it is a massive file I can't guarantee it'll be perfectly in shape. Anything else you want to ask before we go in?" he then asked.

"Nothing at all. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to study any links." The commodore put his foot on the threshold to the door and turned around looking at the diplomat. The man was silent and looked at the door for a moment. "Worried about something ?" The commodore asked. "Yes.. my family has an estate down South in the Uplands. With this civil war business..."

The two guards at the door took a quick blip on their earpieces, telling them to open the doors.
They moved forward and pushed open the large carved wooden doors, revealing an exclusive governmental office.
The Prime Minister's Office was shaped in a hexagon, the three rear parts of these held massive windows which were connected to the ones under these, also holding glass carvings. The floor was made out of pure white marble, the fireplaces (one of the left side and one of the right side) were both made out of red marble. The room was lit by a light on each wall, held in a wooden holder toppled with glass.
To the right was a glass door, leading to the secretaries and the open glass shelves holding gifts by foreign leaders and diplomats. Each one had a small card in front of these, showing the name of whom gave these and the time and date.
In the center of the room was a wooden desk, something Ryan Gache had inherited from his grandparents upon their death. Each P.M. brought in a new desk. This one was modified with an inserted computer, telephone encryption system and a "bug detector".

As the Diplomat, the Commodore and the Foreign Minister walked in, the doors closed behind them. Sat at the table was a man in his twenties with red hair, but no freckles. He stood up and their entry and began to walk towards them, putting his hand out to shake the hands each one of them.

"Hello, and welcome. I hear you are the Ambassador from Free Tristania?" he said to the Diplomat.

Mr. Verburg made half a bow and scraped. "Your Excellency. My name is Laurens Jan Verburg, Ambassador of the Commonwealth to the United Kingdom. Next to me is the military attaché Commodore Lloyd Nicholls as attached to the First Fleet." The commodore saluted the Prime Minister, clicking his heels.

Ryan Gache threw a quick salute in his direction before shaking his hand, nodding at the Foreign Minister whom turned and began to head out of the room.

"It is a pleasure to have you both here, Laurens, Lloyd, please sit down. So, I do not know much of your arrival here, what brings you to Globexanter and to the governmental buildings?" he said, slowly waving at two armchairs in front of his desk to sit down on while he walked to his own chair.

The two men nodded at the Minister and sat down. "Lloyd here as been ordered to assist in Operation Marina Blue and play the role of llaison officer between the Globexian and Free Tristanian naval forces. I myself received the commission to mediate between Globexante, our country and Candonica in case smugglers would find themselves arrested by the Navy. It was only when we arrived here that we received new orders. The commodore has been appointed as the military attaché to our country while I, much to my surprise, received the commission of ambassador. I just received news that our Prime Minister has been forced by parliament to send a letter in regards to the slave trade situation in Globexanter although I am not fully aware of the full nature of the letter and that the country is falling apart at the seams."

Ryan Gache chuckled at the Slave Trade remark.

"It seems you have been not watching the news lately, no? The legislation was repealed after we found that the traders were abusing the system. Now, as soon as a Slave trading ship docks in a Globexian port, we are permitted to take it over. They are still allowed to pass through our waters however. And, by the way, your Embassy should be finished in around a week or so. From what I have been informed of, the electronics are going to go in soon." said Ryan Gache, glancing at a piece of paper on the matter.

"No.. we have been pretty much cut off while aboard the plane. It seems that the events are overtaking us. We can't even be too sure whether the situation back home was not yet developed into a civil war. Which would complicate matters. My attaché is from the South. From a slave state. So.. we are as of yet completely in the dark about the latest developments and information from back home has been rather scarce. We can be pleased though that whatever letter the Prime Minister had to write is not complicating the situation between our two countries."

The commodore, next to him, just nodded.

"Do not worry, it is not complicating anything at all. So, you have stated your reason for being in Globexanter, but why have you decided to come here?" he then asked.

(OoC: I may of had a reason the few Months ago, I did however probably forget it.)

(OOC: Well.. now you see that it has brought Free Tristania in a lot of trouble. Half the country in rebellion)

The commodore replied. "It is the express wish of our Navy and government to have the use over naval facilities in this country. According to my commander of the First Fleet who had a meeting with the Prime Minister it is the wish of my government as well to to provide facilities in Free Tristania. It is likely that the Globexian Forces will receive naval yards in Grootpunt and Aberdeen. And a Regional HQ in Heidelberg. This of course is all strictly confidential because of the situation between our country and West Guaiana."

"I understand, do not be afraid, this room is devoid of bugs and what is talked of in here does never leave. Well, it does after all depend of how these Naval Facilities you would request to use would actually be used. We have well supplied Naval bases, but we can neither dig out five million barrels of petrol and oil a day for the use of even close allies. And yes, a few plans are being currently drawn up for Globexian troops to be based in your country. We have had however no major contact on that problem from your Parliament tho." answered Ryan Gache.

"We are planning for Sixth Fleet to be housed in the West of the country opposite Mantesco. Just to be sure that the West Guaians across the Sea will not be making any aggressive moves. The fuel shouldn't be too much of a problem as there will be fuel depots in that area fuelled with fuel that we will supply. There will be small- scaled anti- slavery checks outside your waters and anti-piracy patrols. Our Naval Intelligence believes that some of the incidents as of late in regards to smuggling and piracy may have their roots in West Guiana.

When it comes to the bases in Free Tristania. The problem is that we ourselves don't know at the moment how much of the country our government represents. It seems that six states have left the Commonwealth, including my own, but I am staying faithful to my government and my country. The original plans said..." The commodore leaned forward a bit "That the Commonwealth is interested in creating a nuclear weapons program and a Tactical Weapons Group which would be based at Heidelberg. That's why they want the Globexians there... centralise a joint-command structure."

"The West fleet sounds all right, Globexanter actually commands the pieces of land past that large bit pointing out into the Northern Sea. We do also understand your position on the Govt control." said Ryan Gache, who began to lean under his table to activate a small anti-listening device under his desk as the Commodore began to talk of the nuclear tactical weapons.

"If you need people who know their ways in nuclear armaments, you have come to the right Nation. We have the capabilities to build warheads of up to fifty-four megatons. We aren't permitted to, but we do in some cases also give out details of these." he added, whispering while leaning forward.

"Our government....." the commodore put his hand on the table "Is considering it's first nuclear test at the plains of Aoraki. Which is in the far north of the country within two weeks. It's a good thing that C- Buro intercepted the plans regarding nuclear armament before MilInt could make off with them or destroy them. I am not sure whether the Globexian government has been informed... ?"

"Well if we have, I haven't. Make sure your Govt doesn't blow the bomb at ground level, bad effects. Also, what we previously mentioned will never be said again. We are not permitted to build nuclear warheads over ten kilotons, not alone sell nuclear warheads due to our membership within the Unified Coalition of Sovereign States." he added, whispering.

"That shouldn't be a problem. A 12 kt bomb will be set off in a 485-foot shaft. The Operation code word is Vela. That's all I know about the operation. It''s a completely deserted area and practically a desert. Our own outback." He whispered.

The diplomat listened with an expression of surprise on his face. He hadn't been informed about it.

"Not much use in stockpiling tons of that unless War is known to be very imminent, we only hold about fifteen hundred liters but we would probably produce more in a state of war. But yes, your Govt might want some recommendations on how to make this test as useful as possible." he said.
