No offense Euroslavia but i think you have a bias against the UNTO. There is not reason to shut down our recruitment thread and make us post it on the News Thread.

Wrong. I have a bias against spam, which is all you guys have been doing to the International Incidents forum the past few weeks. Most of this stuff should belong in your off-site forum. The election? The recruitment thread? The news thread? The thread telling members to register on their off-site? Come on now. There's no need for a new thread on every single topic.

Okay? No one uses our off-site forum and we made a new thread so our members may see it and follow the link to our off-site forum. that is why we have to post everything here. The elections were posted here because we CAN'T do them on the off-site forum because once again no one uses them. AND if we only used the news thread for our elections and recruitment no one would know about it and we wouldn't have people vote. Also by closing our recruitment thread which has been open for months you are attempting to kill the alliance. I have appealed for help from OTHER mods to try and stop this because closing our recruitment thread only shows that you want no new members in the alliance. You can't possibly expect us to recruit people on a thread that says "News Thread" do you. This is sick and gross bias and i desperately hope it will stop.

What exactly is a mod to gain in stopping an alliance from getting members? Besides I thought you had like 55 members.

The recruitment thread was not obsolete. Our election thread was needed and is falling to the bottom of the lists for no one posting on it. Other threads were no longer needed but i don't see Bohovia trying to bump them? But the recruitment thread? That will kill us!

I agree with Kopania, the mods are not thinking at all. What kind of moderator locks a recruitment thread? You can lock other threads, that are actually annoying, but the recruitment thread??Ridiculous! How are we suppose to gain members with no recruitment thread?? If what you admit is true, how on earth do they know how to get here? Because frankly, I've only seen a select few UNTO members post in these threads, which end up becoming arguments/drama-infested discussions anyways.

My suggestion to you (as a player, and not as a moderator) is if you wish to create an alliance, a general off-site forum is what most, if not all alliances end up creating, to keep your internal matters away from the public eye. Continue on this path, with all of your internal drama being shown to the rest of the world, and your alliance will not be around long. Those members who do not wish to join an off-site forum? Telegram them if there's something important that needs to be said. If they choose to ignore that as well, clearly they don't care to be involved in the alliance.

The more accurate depiction was that Frasas decided to take control and was booting members and Augmark revoked him of his position and attempted to try to stop UNTO from still being a giant laughing stock.

Most, if not all, active alliances have elections on a off-site forum. Most, if not all, alliances keep their recruitment and news posts combined into the same thread. So what Euroslavia is saying is correct, it can be quite annoying for the II forum to be flooded with redundant threads. We should keep all recruitment and news on this thread.

Because then he left, because he thought the alliance did not want to change, then Sorgan left, then I had to make a thread, to try to cut down on members, then i had to open a news thread, then a fourm thread, to try and bring UNTO back to stability, which we are working towards.

Its not about a recruitment thread saving the alliance, its the recruitment thread, keeping the alliance stable, and growing.

Ok, I think this is the one decision we don't need to have a vote on, just get the moderators to lock the other two if you'd like and make a new one, or change the name of this thread to suit it. There doesn't need to be a vote on every single decision that's made, otherwise nothing will get done.

I think we should probably cut down on members. In our NSWiki article, we have a lot of members, that aren't active. I haven't seen many posts from certain members. but i could be wrong, seeing as I am a newer nation to this alliance.
