This is meant to be a official condemnation of Filbertiana for spamming. I think we've all seen the flaming and the locked threads. The mods cannot as of yet, get the message across to him: STOP FLAMING. Let this condemnation and the weight it carries, get the message across before he gets banned.

He's already been given a 3-day forumban. It's entirely possible that this resolution will be moot before it gets to a vote.

That being said, the UNSC really shouldn't be used as a backup tool for Moderation. I agree totally with MSR.

It won't be getting to a vote. Ye gods, where do people GET these ideas? It's like asking the United Nations in solemn conclave assembled to condemn an entire nation because one of its representatives graffitied the UN building.

Rule is: if it can be dealt with by moderators, it isn't the WA's problem.
