It is our stance that an initial ceasefire on the ground is necessary for the talks to commence, both sides have through diplomatic cables agreed to this development, furthermore there will be no compounded territorial expansion, the UDA will be unfettered to counter FEY and repel them, and that UDA if attacked unprovoked will have the freedom to defend itself openly. Later on once the conference begins, these terms shall be ratified, and a second phase of negotiations begin. It is our intent to ensure the protection of the Alseban minority, and its sovereignty from further Settleman oppression. These terms have raised no objections from UDA nations as of this announcement, furthermore we shall never take a unilateral decision and shall inform this great assembly of the proceeding negotiations.

But if we can get that done, it stands as an excellent step in the right direction for the UDAs joint development fund. Something which could be expanded to cover other forms of civil and military infrastructure to benefit the Accords members. Now onto a more important point I feel we should try create a framework for trade and commerce among Accord members past the simple framework laid bout at the Deonec Free Trade Agreement."
