The Captain of the HMCS Sylcan, was Mr. Vance Fringe. His ship was the Capitol ship for the ferrying fleets, which worked around the clock to deliver supplies to the front.

One of his crew walked in:
"Sir, something is on the horizon. We have no idea what it is!"
"Let me see."
The soldier and Capt. Fringe walked out onto the deck, where they saw the object.
"Probably just a whale or something." Capt. Fringe started. "Just ignore it."

"SIR! THE BALKENS ARE HERE! WE NEED THE TANKS NOW!"
The radios were blaring with troops giving reports back at the Ustian/Canuckian command centre, where Marston just wanted to escape for a few minutes in his quarters, he heard a knock on the door.

"Sir, the Third is preparing to leave soon."
"Good, we'll need them here."

Little did his troops know, Marston was depressed.

Adams was managing his troops during the bombing raid, telling them to duck for cover and hope for the best. He was instructing his MG crews to set up and start attempting to shoot down Balken air. However, shooting at the Blimps was the Spatanians job.

rumor was that he was more feared than von shiller ever was.
his parents came from africa just years earlier, he is an expert in so called "trench warfare."
"ah. it seems that you petros finally made up here. PRIVATE! WHERE IS THE GODDAMN ARTILLERY!?"
a young soldier saluted and repiled.

he turned to the petro commander.

this highlighted some tensions over the years since the last war in the 1800s. where the petros attempted to intervene in ustio.

Balken artillery opened up on the ustio and canuckian areas.

[Canuckland]

With the Artillery bombarding Verdun, the Canuckian Artillery couldn't get out. Marston instructed them to provide medium range cover support when the Balkens enter the city, however, reports from Scout Planes say Petros are in the area.

Marston couldn't stand the stress. His superiors were constantly telegraphing him, telling him to to do this and that. He wanted the assignment, he thought it would get his mind off of someone back home. Someone who didn't care.

In the trenches outside the City, the battle had begun. It was currently Canuckians vs. Balkens, where the Ustians were still in the city. However, the Canuckians were doing the best they could, without Tank reinforcements for now.

The Artillery within the city was firing as best as possible to help the troops in the trenches, where their firing capabilities were limited, due to the buildings. Some Artillery was back in at the base, where they were firing with a better line of fire.

The ustio army in verdun held its ground against the fierce artillery bombardment.

the ground was torn to shreds and shrapel covered the area.

Balken defenses were strengthed at verdun, with machine-guns, barbed-wire and mines.
if the allies were to break through, it would cast them dearly.

new railway guns were also brought up through the rail line.

dubbed the "judgement". this massive piece of artillery was designed to pound fortresses into submission.

Marston pulled the hammer back on his revolver before the Colonel had said something. "Maybe, if we go without tanks or air support, we could lose half our forces!" He checked the other chambers and the sights. "Let's go."

Marston reached for the Radio and shouted over the sound of Machine Guns and Artillery: "MOVE! NOW!" Seconds after, Canuckian Troops were pouring out of their trenches as the Canuckian Artillery started firing again, causing some Friendly Fire.

"Sergeant Stedanko, you will take Tommy Chong and Cheech Marin and infiltrate the Balken capital of Kaisergrad and secure any information you can."

"General........I Suggest That we Counter Charge them..........We have the Numbers on Our Side.........This is Our Chance to Crush all hopes Here on the Western Front."

Canuckian troops did not expect that much Machine Gun fire from the Balkens. When some troops made it to an abandoned trench, they found it was Petrogladians, fighting alongside the Balkens. The artillery started firing again after reloading, hitting the Petro/Balken trenches inaccurately, but they were hitting them.

Marston headed up with his troops, firing his revolver at any muzzle flash he could see in the trenches ahead of him. When he saw his men dying around him, he slid down into an artillery hole, where he just sat there and waited, waited, waited, waited for his death. But it didn't come. He got back up alongside the remaining troops after deciding he did have something to live for.

Other troops were getting inside their trench, but only to a certain extent. The Petro/Balkens had some close quarters weapons inside the trench, (literally) blowing the Canuckians out of the trench. But some troops pulled out their own close quarters weapons. Everything from a shotgun, to a bayonet and to their own fists.

British Waters...

Vance looked through his binoculars again towards a line over the horizon. He saw they were ships, he assumed they were either British or Ustian ships. He ordered his sailors to signal them with a piece of glass.

He didn't arm the guns, nor did he think they were threatened. He looked around again as there was no response. He couldn't see why the ships weren't signalling back. But he did start to get a bit suspicious. He relieved these thoughts after a few seconds.

The crew had different thoughts. In the Great War, the Germans (Or Balkens) had a grip on supply lines within British Waters, where they would destroy Anglo/American/Canuckian (Or Canadian) supply ships with Submarines and other ships. However, this grip was lessened after a while.

Vance still was open-armed to these new ships, thinking they were friendlies passing by on a refuel or a recon. Even though Dreadnoughts weren't usually included in recon missions...

[The Communist Empire of Soviets]

Being pressed from all sides Nickolas had to make a hard decision, To pull out or continue. He chose to continue ordering the use of chemical weapons. He was also being time pressed on operation Red Sky's and the development of new planes and tanks. He though that a technological advance might just win this war but the Balkens were not far behind. He was mobilizing 2,000,000 a mere 1/4 of the reaming forces on the home land. With about 2,000,000 dead he was making a big risk. Moving 1,000,000 to Poland. Back in the ocean the UIR fleet was pulling back at the sight of 2 of our fleets moing in on their position. Back out side of St.Petersburg the new tanks were being put into combat and proving vary combat effective. The planes were being put to use over the sky's of Germany fight back the Luftwaffe. The Generals want to make the push into Germany so that they could (one we take Poland) Move in from both sides. But it wasn't that easy the UIR were proving a worthy opponent but they must come to an end. Red Sky's first target was them. They were all hopeing it was going to work. This was only a test run but if it went through it might just win the war for us and FOR THE MOTHERLAND

The emperor was pleased with the progress on the northern front against the Balkens, but the soviet army was loosing ground in the east. He ordered General Jacob Svien to take the 3rd army with 335,000 troops to the Soviet front and assist them. If more help is needed the 7th army was volunteered by Field Marshal Miller (Commander of all Spat ground troops). The 7th army if needed would consist of 200,000 troops and would be under Svien's command.

The northern front was packed with nearly 4 million troops waiting to push forward against the Balken army and over the border towards Vienna.

Balka was faced with a difficult task. With these new soviet machines, they could reach the balken holy land within weeks.

Kaiserin Victoria was very stressed. In a letter to the spatanian emperor, her words were not of the fiery language when the war started.
To the spatanian emperor,
In the hope of restoring peace to Europe, I have ordered that my forces to withdraw from spatania. The Imperial Republic of Balka will no longer be engaged in yet another war with our former brothers and sisters. We are under threat of the soviet union, if Balka falls to the red banner; I fear that all of Europe will fall to the grand lie that is communism.
Balka will never surrender, We will keep fighting, we will fight every inch of the way.

We will fight in the hills, we will fight in the mountains, we will fight in the fields, we will fight in the skies and in the seas, we will fight in the cities, we will NEVER surrender.

Troops began to withdraw from the western front (ustio) and the spatanian front to focus on the invading soviets.

The Luftwaffe began non-stop bombings of soviet held areas.
"THIS IS OUR LAND! NOT RUSSIA'S!" a propaganda poster said.

Von shiller was not at all pleased when the 6th army was pulling out of Ustio. He simply wrote a letter to the canuckian commander at verdun:
"May we meet in battle in the future...

3 million men, 5000 airplanes and several thousand of tanks began to shift eastward.

Victoria prayed that Ustio and spatania will understand this threat, she wanted peace with them so she could focus on taking back Poland.

She was also with child, it was not known who the father was, many in her inner circle suspected a secret lover or something of that matter.

A letter in response to Kaiserin Victoria.

Kaiserin Victoria,
My dear friend, my dear enemy. I understand why you do not want Europe engulfed with communism. I am with you. I may be allied with the Soviets, but I do not agree with their...choices. I will not betray my ally by attacking them though.

As you may know, Fascism is the mortal enemy of Communism and therefore I do think you are doing right by seeking and destroying it. I will withdraw my troops from our combat positions as long as you return what little land you have taken. Please keep in mind that if you do take victory over the Soviets, let them remain their own independent state, as my nation relies on them for about 7 percent of our imports and 9 percent of our exports.

I do so hope that we can resolve this conflict in a matter of years. Therefore, I would like to meet with you in private, within the coming weeks to see what we can do about ending this conflict earlier then expected.

The Emperor was curious as to what came over him to write down his last name as most people don't know it. He sent a telegram to Field Marshal Miller telling him to halt the assault.

The emperor packed a suitcase and said goodbye to his servants (as he had no wife/girlfriend) and got Caducei up.

"Wake up we're going to Kaisergrad."
"WHAT!"
"You heard me get up."

Karton knew how to fly bi-planes so he put his bag in the back and then started the engine.

"Meet me at Kaisergrad in 6 hours, that's when I'll land."

6-7 HOURS LATER

"Kaisergrad, wow what a nice place. Come on Caducei we are to meet the Kaiserin at the Tenpenny Towers Hotel."

Both Marston and Adams were a little confused. Adams especially, as he did not receive a letter. The both confronted their Allied Counterparts.

"I need to know why we haven't seen combat the past few days. I received this letter and I don't know what to make of it..."

"Anyone, anyone want to tell me what's going on!?" Adams was really confused, he had no clue what was going on...

Devon Adams had received the reports from his Generals, who was also confused. It seemed as if Canuckians weren't being involved in the whole "letter" ordeal...

Kaiserin Victoria was on the top floor of the tower, She loved the view. Alucard was now with her 24/7. Watching her and occasionally carressing her body. He had promised himself to never fall in love.

He has broken his own promise.

"As have you...would you like to show me what you have learned? Just because our nations are enemies, doesn't mean we can't do a little training."
