Of course you can use them. However, I will warn -- If you use nukes, I will use nukes.

General rule: 100 Mil+ population required for nukes.

And, in a proportional sense, we have about 7 Billion people, so thats 7 times the nuclear capability of you.

So whatever amount of nukes you can have, by numbers, we have 7x that amount.

OK, this'll be one of my last posts of the night. Kreig, basically, with the help of other Combine forces, you forced me to retreat to the U.S.S., who has recently joined the Red Alliance. Also for all to know, I have football practice in the morn, but since it's monday it is a short practice, but just know that I won't be posting till about 10-11 oclock.
