Nation name:The Skartenian Empire
National goals:To Retake the Eastern provinces!
Nation's Leader:King Wilbert IIV
National Government:Constitutional Monarchy
National history:Formed in ancient times, by the tribes of Graniev and Orovis, the Skartenian Confederation was a minor civilization in the north,occupying the provinces of Rotmre,Lothnr,Hulund,Damme,Parben and Scellas. And for many centuries, it didn't change. A isolated country, formed by many houses and tribes. But, this changed by the 15th Century, as an major warlord of the Lothnr province invaded many other tribes and provinces, plunging the country into a civil war. By the end of the 16th century,that same dynasty had unified the country, becoming the Skartenian Kingdom. But it didn't last long. By the 17th and early 18th century, an Barbarian civilization who lived in islands to the east,namely,the Ruskland-Preuben, invaded their coasts. Their capital, in Rotmre was taken over, the Ruling house destroyed. Any remaining governors would flee to the west,abandoning the eastern provinces.
The only member of the dinasty that lived was Kablukov Artur, a young son of the king. He was pressured by the nobles into turning the remaining Skartenian lands into a Constitutional Monarchy.

Since so, the Skartenian became Traders,Neutral to wars in the outside world. The Industrial revolution hit Skarten in the Mid 18th century.
But with a new Ruler, King Wilbert IIV, who was given power in 1861,Nationalism starts to grow in Skarten.
One day, they will re-conquer their lands from the Eastern Barbarians.
Territory:Damme,Phomern,Prusas,Old Immortalia,Pneuan,New Immortalia.
Language:An mix of Russian,Polish and German
National Religion:Roman Catholicism
National Culture/Identity:Nationalism On the Rise. Skartenians see themselves as hard-working,brave people who will soon restore their land to it's previous glory.
