A Formal Call of War against New Hayesalia

To whom it may concern:

We are issuing a declaration of war to the country of New Hayesalia on the grounds of terrorism and the rejection of justice that the New Hayesalian government has refused to accept. Here are the charges that impend in this act of war:

1: Act of war: The Hayesalian government, on June 19th, 2011, attacked the Polomosian Port Authority at Port George, Lankenstein County, Polomosia at approximately 10:00PM. The attack was during one of Polomosia's darkest times- The Zutendaal Sexual Offender Liberation Conflict. The Zutendaal and Cualth governments have accepted their responsibilities and have since handed over their leaders and government regimes to the then "Armed Republic" now "Socialist Elite" of Polomosia under then-President General Jason Smith. over 100 people, including a government official, was killed in the attacks.

2: Instigating a Global Incident: The Hayesalian government, after the attack, triggered responses from the Polomosian national allies. Molotania, Tredost, and Lacus Magni were placed on stand by call during their border-battles with Zutendaal because of the severity of damage and the loss of life incorporated in the attack. The damage was estimated to be over 5,000,000 Polo Dollars and over 100 people lost their life, including a senator from Lankenstein County, who was touring the facility.

3: Attempted Mass Destruction: It was reported by Polomosian Field Intelligence that on December 9th, 2011, the military in New Hayesalia were planning a mass destruction of the capital, Polopolis and most of the country by using a nuclear weapon capable of more than severe damage. Barcode scans were run on the bombs used in the Port George terrorist attack and linked back to the Hayesalian government, also recieving more information that another attack was in the works, including killing former President General Jason Smith and his cabinet. To escape further threat, the government was secretly moved to a once-used Royal Military Base on a remote island 500 miles off the coast of Polomosia.

4: Arrest Warrant Issued: The Polomosian High Court in Bass Lankenstein have approved an arrest warrant charging the Hayesalian President with the above charges. It was recently discovered that the country had captive a New Hayesalian civilian who is being held for spying charges. We shall not guaruntee a release until the New Hayesalian government surrenders its president. We shall not convict his excellency until proven guilty in a court of law. Until that time, he shall maintain his innocence and request a lawyer. If found guilty of these charges, they can carry a maximum sentence of death at Patmos Correctional Institution on Patmos Island, Polomosia.

This declaration of war and warrant of arrest has been issued on this day, September 5th, 2014. I approve of the charges that are being filed and hereby give the direct go ahead for war. All Military institutions shall be placed on high alert and ready to battle: The Elite Army, Airforce, Navy, Marine Tactical Team, National Police, Team MERC, the Center of Intelligence and the Polomosia governments.

An attack on New Hayesalia is an attack on one of Bukharabia's allies, and as you might imagine, Bukharabia does not take kindly to attacks on it's allies.

We've reviewed this war of yours, and have concluded that there isn't enough evidence to accuse Hayesalia. We find it hard to believe that Hayesalia intentionally instigated such a devastating war, and even then, you'd risk your servicemen and women on an impossible battle against Hayesalia and her allies for the sake of 100 dead civilians? Their population is 4.76 times the size of yours, and my defense budget is 9.77 times the size of yours.

This war is impossible for you to win, the sheer scale of the nations you've provoked by attacking New Hayesalia is massive. You'd be better off improving your economy than engaging in a war.

Let it go, it's not worth the losses that you're going to receive if you go through with this.

New Hayesalia; The Fleet of Furious Redemption is actually patrolling near our land on Tenter right now, it's yours to command New Hayesalia. Thirty thousand troops are on board the ships along with a great deal of armor and aircraft.

Official Response of the Reich-State
It is the position of the Reich-State and it's govenrment to applaud the nations currently alligned against New Hayesalia. Not only for their valiant efforts but, also for their courage and unwillingness to back-down. It is because of this that you have all earned our respect. It is also that, after review of the charges brought before the Hayesalian Govt., that the Reich-State should stand-behind the nation of Polomosia. With this decree, comes an official declaration of FULL-SUPPORT for Polomosia and her allies should war arise.

As well, this is also an ultimatum for the forces of the nation of Bukharabia to stand-down. ANY attack on Polomosia shall result in retaliation bu means of military deployemt of forces of the Reich-State and her districts. Shoul this warning not be heeded, and should war erupt, we shall stand honorably by this declaration. We will not stand for nations such as New Hayesalia and her allies to continue to claim dominance over smaller, weaker nations. Until such a time that a peacefull negotiation can be held, we shall begin sending stand-by alerts immediately.

A response is requested as soon as humanly possible.

It is with great regret that the Reich-State must stand-by it's honorable defence of Polosia. It is hereby written that, by order of the Reich-Chancellor, Karl Stroope, and with passage by the Reichstag Parliament, that an OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF WAR has been handed-down upon Earth Sphere Coalition--in defence of Polomosia. It is here-by said that, until further notice, the Fifth and Third Combat Fleets have been mobilized and the Seventh and Ninth Armies have been, as well, mobilized. At the same instance, the Fourth and First Armies are being amassed in preparation of a defensive/offensive campaign in support of Polomosia.

It is here-by declared that this force, operating under the term: GEF or "Gibetan Expeditionary Force", shall be commanded by Field-Marshal Friedrich Amsel. It is still sincerely hoped that a peacefull solution can and will be found. Until such a time that peace can be assured, this delegation and deliberation stands firm as to this declaration of war.

The government of Mosasauria finds it sketchy that New Hayesalia would commit such actions. Terroristic actions such as those that you claim were commited against Polomosia are rather extreme, and are unusual in that Polomosia's intelligence offices claim to have obtained intelligence of a Hayesalian plan to nuke Polopolis. This seems quite strange, as New Hayesalia would be subject to criticism and controversy from across the world, and it is doubtful that any nation would resort to such measures.
Furthermore, how does Polomosia hold the authority to sign an arrest warrant against Daniel Hayes? Is he, as president of New Hayesalia, not out of Polomosia's jurisdiction as of the current?

Our constitution states that one who commits an act of violence against our country shall be subjected to charges, regardless of where they are from or where they are. The fact of the matter is, is that we were attacked by this nation, and they were plotting to do it again. He issued the call to attack our nation. He is the one responsible. Zutendall handed over to us all parties involved with the Zutendaal conflict and so did Cualth when Anibal Bass assassinated the Sgt. At Arms, William Dunlap. Why Hayesalia cannot work with us? Because they are ignorant. They wish to fight than call a truce.

The defense budgets of those against Hayesalia totals at about $3,165,438,889,519, which is less than my defense budget.

Now do you see why fighting this war is pointless?

An attack on an ally of Bukharabia is to be considered an attack on the Republic. As such we implore the government of Polomosia to reconsider this declaration of war.

There seems little precedent for bloodshed as diplomatic options are still on the table. Furthermore, New Hayesalia has yet to comment on this incident, and as such we only have your side of the story.

I would propose that talks are held in a neutral territory to discuss this transgression before war is declared.

If you refuse, then by the Clancy Doctrine we are required to wage war against you.

President Gill called it an early night and went to bed. He layed awake for awhile not being able to sleep. He finally got out of bed and began to read files. Suddenly a NSA broke in and briefed the president on the war between Polomosia and New Hayesalia. President Gill spoke up: "Alright I'd like to see the arrest warrent come to see its purpose. Deploy troops in New Hayesalia with the orders to arrest the President.
