Having a huge, gaudy, annoying block of space locked out on the nation page for the sake of this event is a major nuisance.
Surely if anyone wants to actually do the quiz, the News page link was sufficient? Or a smaller thing on the nation page at the very most? It is an absolute eyesore as it stands.
Besides, the whole thing seems to have been set up for a very particular kind of player... i.e. Longtime members of the Pacific nations who try to play the game socially. How was I to know that sitting around in the newbie-dump regions was considered a requirement of understanding NationStates?
