Hi I'm new to the game, I just got a common type card but I'm the only one who has it, I don't know how often this happens, I'm posting this more because this card looks curious and it's great material for a creepypasta.

Appearance: It's just neon text, but it has a weird backroom vibe. A motto that says "248-Dormitory Never Trackable."

when i select the nation it says it doesn't exist anymore, and the list of owners says it only has me, now i want to know, is this cursed? I'm not going to have scp foundation people at my door right now, right?

Short answer:
No, you won't.
Long answer, no you won't because SCP aren't real, unique cards (just one owner) are hard to find, but you can.

To add some explanation, the card game generates 90% of its packs based on the subset of nations that exist currently and also have a season 3 card. You can still generate nations that have CTE’d, but they can only appear in special packs that pull from the full set of s3 cards (around 10% of packs). Also, because the number of nations alive with a s3 card is much smaller than the total amount of nations in s3, the chance to get any one card from those CTE-accessible packs is much lower than your everyday pack.

That card in specific CTE’d extremely early on in the season (possibly during inscription by the looks of it), which means it was *never* in the main “90% of packs” pile that the majority of cards are pulled from. Hence the extreme rarity.
