S3 is likely to come out later this year or next year.
Not everyone has a card that is them.
Price is based on market value and a want for profit. You really decide your price.
Rarity, I still don't know how it works.

Nobody knows when season 3 come exactly, earliest estimates are in early December.

Rarities are decided by a number of things, mostly badges. Both easy to get ones such as issue stat and founder badges; as well as harder ones: issue/WA author, commended or condemned, and even the hardest to get which are moderator/admin badges.

A price of a card is the Junk Value at first. Once 5 trades are made, the new value is the average of the 5 trades; and trades are added to the average until 10. When the 11th trade is made, the oldest trade falls off the value calculation, so only the 10 latest trades count - that way a card can drop value if the trade being replaced was higher than the new trade. If more trades are done, they replace older ones and only the 10 latest ones count for the value.

So my Nation is 4 years old but there is a noticeable gap in activity between August 2017 and April 2020 because i lost interest in the game meaning no cards of my nation were ever made so does anyone know when Season 3 of Cards are being made so i can get my hands on a Clton card?

Note that right now, the exact date isn't known. It seems like that time is based off when the last seasons have come out, but we only have two data points for that, and the admins have been pretty clear early Early December is not necessarily the time.

Do you know what the design is going to be? Last time they changed it.

If the pattern continues it's going to be different than both seasons. Thus, I'm afraid we have no idea about the design. Though there may be an inscription period like last time, in which you'll be able to change your flags if they don't fit within the new design!

The reason they need to change the design each season is so that people have a quick way of differentiating between seasons when looking at a set of cards. It's just a really good design decision that is also seen in real life card games.

Anyone have any idea when cards are going to get their season 3 release. Haven't really paid attention and am just curious, thanks!
