The much more serious harm for the game, I´d say, is done because hoarding and inflating usually otherwise rather worthless cards makes it almost impossible for (real) collectors (the ones competing in the market and buying wanted cards, not the ones building "collections" solely out of the cards they get from their hundres/thousands of puppets) to get such cards for a realistic price (on auction), since first almost no one would sell them as long as those cards keep their overinflated absurde high value, and second, because amassing "inflatable" cards (prior to inflating) usually keeps those cards out of the free market over time (after they´ve been inflated); almost the same, btw, goes for "collections of every card of own/a specific nation"...
