well I did I accept everyone to register in this lottery, but that does not mean I can't place any rules on that
This lottery is aimed at casual cards players.
and so. I Choose to implement a rules, (approve by Laudesia), to Disqualification every member of the top 50 decks. (actually aiming at the top 30, but there are some puppets in there too )
so I'll accept you. but along with Ioavollr, Minskiev and economichunter, you are disqualified on the basis that you are already RICH enough.
