at 30 participant we'll vary between 1/2 and 1/3 rate and at 40 participant and more we'll go with 1/2 rate.

and so. I Choose to implement a rules, (approve by Laudesia), to Disqualification every member of the top 50 decks. (actually aiming at the top 30, but there are some puppets in there too )
