On August 22, 2021 Giovanniland began their quest to unseat Koem Kab as the number one collector of artwork in earnest. By skillfully trading their cards, Gio was able to become only the second collector to top 1,000,000 Deck Value and in time, surpass Koem Kab.

Meanwhile, Mikeswill, a distant third in the rankings, followed Gio's example. As the day came close to night, Mikeswill surged past both Koem Kab and Giovanniland with one blockbuster trade. Gio soon regained control of the top spot but as their time ran out Mikeswill still had a few trades engaged resulting in his taking the top spot at least for the end of the day.

It was an amicable competition amongst respected equals.

Did Koem Kab deserve his downfall? if he did, then good! I give my sincere congratulations to you!

And, we must recognize Mikeswill and Gio are not exceptional traders, they have committed into the sin of inflation, fabricating artificial value of their cards solely for their own benefits. Something I strongly oppose.

if look at the top 250 most valuable, you would not find a single legendary there.

Look, I dislike both TCALS and inflating cards. I'm pretty sure that Mike didn't pioneer either of these tactics but eventually felt compelled to adopt these bastardized methods to compete for #1. This is part and parcel of why the game needs serious reform, which is requiring significant lead time for the developers.

KK got a bit too far into TCALS as well. Perhaps he has a conscience and that explains his absence. My greater concern is that he's alright irl. We've heard nothing from him. Hoping he was just a shared account by mods and admins. Who knows?

you are criticizing me for abusing TCALS' when I did not profit from those pull events. And when I nearly never pull-evented my own cards.

in the last pull event I made, I gave all legendary (from theses events) I found to others. And I found less legendary then other globally, these events were not DONE to serve my own deck value. I was never interested in getting way, the legendary cards that where nominated. You can say I organized and host pull events, but I will not say that I profited from these pull event, that's factually false.

Stop kidding yourself. You are a TCALS kingpin, an enabler of others. You've spread the sickness of TCALS abuse. Giving away counterfeited duplicated cards is not a virtue. It has hurt the game tremendously and is a big factor in taking the fun from the game for the many players while enriching the very few.

While the cards I personally choose, i did it to allow other nations to complete their season 1 legendary collection.

but I do not make (regular pull event.) they are annoying, they make my hands hurt a bit.

and now you put words in my mouth, I don't speak for cards farmers, I speak only for myself. And I Never defended KK, from the very start of the game, I always felt that I should limit myself to my own cards, because there is no way I can compete with KK when he was active.

I've worked extensively on my own puppets flags, mottos, etc to make them worthy enough to be considered "International Artwork". You do a good job too.

I don't draw many cards anymore. Good ones (from the artwork angle) are so far and few in between. It's quite sad really.

Fauz and i have our differences, but he has some creative nations which translate into decent cards. BTW, Benevolent and Celestial nations are not card farms, each nation holds a region. These came into existence long before the card game. I did utilize them during the first few weeks (April 2018) to draw a bunch of cards. It was so much fun then and very addictive. It would be great if that kind of fun atmosphere could be recreated minus that addictive aspect.
