You can expand your deck limit by 50 (100 if you buy postmaster) by paying bank. There is no limit, but the cost of increasing deck size increases.

You only really need to buy supporter if you are only interested in doubling your deck size, but it does cost real money.

Deck size only influences receiving gifts and opening packs. If you are above the limit you can still buy cards.

The option to expand deck-space will appear when you are at ([your current decklimit] - 10 cards). So, if your deck limit is 100, the option to buy extra deckspace will appear when you're at 90 cards or above.
