How to Stop Artificial-Inflation of Common Cards

I have no problem with the rich (either in Bank or Deck Value) paying more than the poor. We add to the money supply (Bank) every time a pack is drawn, but there's nothing that actually removes Bank from the game.

I´d say, if everyone is forced to pay for storage capacity (as intended), this would "remove" more than enough "bank from the game"; this in addition to a limited number of "card receiving nations" would fix most of the problems, imo.
Furthermore, if you (the admins, programmers and overseers) don´t do such radical cuts (without hesitation and regardless of the whining of some) soon, the card game is ruined and a failure forever (in fact, more and more becoming a romping ground for a small inbred bunch), imo.

I'm all for limiting the numbers of puppets people should have.
since the very beginning, I have given up on the fight to deck value, because I know I will never fight, its pointless to even try, and honestly, its not that important. We should just remove that trophy and the leadership board. but that is another topic.

But if anything, one of the most urgent problems are inflated cards, CTE cards that present fake market value, as the cards was never traded, only between a puppets and its master. I believe the original poster solution would work in that case, so let's be on subject.

Well, I rule a nation I´d like to live in, and don´t care much about those ridiculous "gold badges" (especially since you get a lot of them, when your nation is old/big enough, if you like to).
Nevertheless I find it very interesting, when you´re advocating a reduction of puppets to (you stated) an ammount of 600, when you´re possessing about 580 of them (you stated too) while claiming to speak "for the small players", like you do. If I´m to take your words for serious, I´d say, you begin to reduce your own farms to an acceptable ammount of at least two digits. This would be a tiny, but correct step in direction of cleaning up the mess, you and your "big farming comrades" have created of a once nice and interesting game without the interferece of "admins".

I say that puppets that I dislike puppets who exist solely to fuel cards to the main. If I wanted, I could easily put that 12 000 bank on my main and say my puppets are good for nothing else then that.

I don't and will not ever transfer from theses. I prefer to use them as self-collectors.

I've made this argument before, extensively. But I feel we are way past that point right now. Next to the fact that it would disallow some of my favourite collection in this game, or nice collections at all.
Unless you want people to stop collecting cards, or delete entire card collections. Which would ruin the card game more completely then you feel it is ruined now.
