"cooking" cards?

A few days ago, when I was farming, I didn't have enough time, so I only answered the issues, planning to open the packs during my next run. However, when I came back 3 days later, the legendary drop rate from those packs was insane. I got 5 legendaries from just around 40 puppets, which is an insane rate, and 15 epics. Is this a implemented feature or is it pure luck? Thanks.

Well actully the same thing happened to me a couple days ago but instead of legendary I got like 6 season one packs out of 16 packs
