How likely is it to get 5 season 1 cards in a single pack from answering an issue?

You will either get a full S2 pack (99% chance) or a full S1 pack (1% chance).

However cards from a different season can be thrown in sometimes due to the anti-laundering system.

It's 1/100 or 1%, not 1/1000. The comment by Bawkie is right as far as my (player) knowledge goes.
