Hello, card players.

You're most likely familiar with me by now if you've participated in cards. I've achieved most of my goals here(222K DV, 2nd place, card worth 2222, 10000 bank transaction, 10000 trades on a card, etc.) so the only thing left to do is to redistribute my cards to the masses. While I could maintain my second place spot and whatnot, I'd rather not deal with it.

The following cards are available:

All of the deck of Noahs Second Country, Second Best Card Collector, and the contents of any puppets listed here or here. You may want to look here if many of the cards on NSC are claimed.

There are a couple of exceptions - any cards in collections listed in this thread are off limits. Clarification: only my collections.

All cards will be gifted 22 days from now (Jan 26).

The cards will be sent in the following order:

1. Card Organizations (regional organizations, card gardens, card discord, etc.) can request up to 22 cards for their own purposes.

2. Card Players with <10000 DV can request 12 cards.

3. Anyone else can request 10 cards.

If 2 people of the same tier request cards the person who posts sooner gets the cards. Anyone caught or suspected of puppeteering will receive no cards. All nations must have been founded before this post. Unclaimed cards will be sold to the highest bidder or sent to Koem Kab.

Additionally, I will sell cards for whatever price you decide to bid on it, all you need to do is post below with an offer. I cannot guarantee you will get the card for whatever price you offer. Feel free to bid 1.00 on Soops and I'll match it...

I also have 10000+ packs waiting for S3, where I'll conduct a smaller giveaway with the valuable cards I find in them.

This thread will be updated with existing requests when I get the time to do so and feel free to ask for any clarifications. To verify this giveaway, I'll send cards to the second poster immediately.

All you need to do is post in the thread with the cards you want, and list the nation to send the cards to.

I suggest revising your requests for some of the more popular cards. Not all organization requests were fulfilled if I ran out of a card or the card is not on NSC/Second Best Card Collector. Those will be matched later if I come across a copy.
