I didn't know India had a card storage or even a card program! Forgive me for the ignorance, but I haven't found any mention of a card program in the dispatches of the "card storage nation", nor pinned to the WFE. Let me therefore ask: how does your card program work? Is the current delegate rewarded a steady stream of cards they need for their collections?

I think you're suspecting me of cheating. Sorry you're wrong here Racoda. India was planning to do some events and gift the card to the winners, I had asked 9003 about sending some cards earlier. if you want you can ask him and verify it. I had gifted myself the card because I had to claim it as I had to gift the card to someone who won in a regional event. More cards will be send out shortly to the people. (The Dispatch Office has encountered another problem, it doesn't have bank to send things out)

You’d be able to save more bank if you send them directly from the dispatch office to the awardee — give that nation some bank by junking a few things and transferring bank into it. By sending it from the dispatch office to Indusse to the awardee, you’re doubling the bank needed.

I think this is a pretty cool idea to give it all away, but this is just a step back from cards rather than NS right?
