Legendary cards drop chance

Do we know how high is the chance of dropping a Legendary card from a card pack? If yes what is the chance? Also is there anything I can do to make the probability higher?

Between .18% and .2% depending on the number of CTE cards for S2 legendary cards.

.36% for S1 legendary cards.
