I am willing to buy legendaries for 10 bank and under,
I will buy any and all because I am trying to get stocked for the events that I am beginning to host

I will also buy them at 1 bank above the MV,
So MV is 9 I will buy at 10,
The only thing is,
I will not buy above 10 bank, so if your MV is 10 then I will buy at 10,
All you have to do is give a link to the card and put an ask on it.

Pretty sure there are no legendary cards that are worth 9. The cheapest I know of are worth about 12.

Only people who don't understand value are going to sell you Legendaries for that far under MV. Furthermore, there are a lot of people with thousands of bank who would jump on that kind of auction, either to save the MV or because they collect Legendaries and buying them for under MV would be cheap. You will not be able to get Legendaries this way.

I'll buy them all for 10.01, which will still give me precisely 0 legendaries.

Might be worth checking the MV of any legendaries.

The absolute lowest valued legendary are a few S1 cards last time I checked, but I think my legendary that isn't the S2 Myrth card isn't going for to much higher than value
