It's just the same as any other card, there are just likely to be fewer of them in circulation.

there are cards of Nations that have ceased to exist.

you can find information about in the Boneyard and probably access their dispatch, and factbook, if they wrote some.

Indeed, as the above answers said, these nations ceased to exist but their cards stay.

In fact, cards from CTE (ceased to exist) nations are rarer and thus, more valuable. People sometimes need them for collections and pay significantly more than the junk value, and there are even some collectors who collect cards simply for being from CTE nations. That means you shouldn't junk them, but rather sell them which will give you more bank.

Thanks everyone. I'm talking about the nations new_advent_warriors and Pulo. I liked their nation's card and their cards were really cheap so I bought lots of it. Recently I thought maybe I'll collect their Season 2 cards but when I clicked on their nation name on their Season 1 card I got these messages:

Nation Not Found
The nation "new_advent_warriors" does not exist.

Nation Not Found
The nation "pulo" does not exist.

So now I'm the top collector of the cards of 2 nations that has ceased to exist? That's kind of weird. I don't have another nation so this is the first time this has happened to me.

Go to the Boneyard and type in their name and look for their ID.

My ID is 2402425

Just replace the number at the end with the ID from the Boneyard.
