Luck on the draw, hefty interest/trade on the free market, or selling and reselling between puppets. Or by junking unwanted cards to heighten "bank" and buy some more space; also buying the "supporter" or a similar badge in the shop for a very small fee (real-life money) will double your storage capacity.
