There are 3 cards included because they were part of alliances that topped out N-day.

Also, this is an old one with mostly S1 cards, and the owner was last on a week ago, but could be a temperary replacement for the other one: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... ction=1233

Also, could someone help me with the collection's name? "Antigua and Barbuda Flags" doesnt have a great ring to it.

I'm not sure if collecting all of those cards would be especially interesting for the public given they are puppets and have all the same flag, unless there's like several thousands of them - then I could add due to its sheer size in Volume collections.
Either way, Davante (who asked earlier) seems to be working on a bigger US states collection and I would have no problem with adding it if they manage to complete it, as Tessen's collection there right now seems to miss quite a few states...

It does, but you have to remove the "nation=" part. https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/collection=12124

Thanks! The States' collection is certainly interesting, so I've added it. The other one works fine as a replacement for the UK flags, too!
Edit: just noticed the Communist flags collection CTE'd too. Just when I was going to take a look at it for some wreath flags to add to my collection

That seems like a bug, albeit a very useful one, given that Starving Locusts is CTE.
