You know when you're in charge of a region, you aren't required to provide a reason for banning people.
And your collection needs work. I'm not actively pursuing Naruto cards and I have more than twice what you have: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/collection=30924

Double copies don't make a collection any more interesting, in fact it turns boring quickly when overused since it's the exact same card. You'll see that none actually pinned on the thread have a significant number of doubles (if they do, it's usually one or two and not half or entire collection).

I´m afraid, you don´t seem (or don´t want) to get the point : only the biggest collection of each theme is listed, and none of yours are. Try to find a unique one or bump up yout "Naruto" (whatever that means) collection, and I´m almost sure, yours will be listed too...

You are seeing what you want to see. Not a one of your collections are interesting in the slightest. First, you post an 8-card collection that's literally just common cards. Ok, sweet. Then, you post a collection of literally just one card. How you think that's worth including is anyone's guess. Finally, you've gone and posted a self-collection that isn't even that big. Not a single self- or puppet-collection even made it into the thread, let alone pitifully small ones.

Calling Gio biased for not including your low-quality collections is frankly an insult to everyone else that has put effort into their collections, not to mention how bad faith a method of argument it is. Hell, you don't see me complaining that my actual collections didn't make the thread, I've accepted it and moved on.

You're a cheater, a nuisance, and a pain in the ass, and this argument is getting old.

Just a reminder that you really shouldn’t be arguing over something as petty an argument as a mediocre at best collection not being accepted.

That said, I have two collections I plan to submit, though I must admit, I’m not sure they’re impressive enough to be included in here. Either way, I’ll be continuously working to increase them, so no rush including either for now, just need to do another round of bank transfers to afford the bids I’d have to place.

The sky is falling and I don’t know why! is a nuclear destruction themed collection, while Requiem is a death themed collection, filled with cards memorials, evilness, etc.

A diverse and decently-sized (decided more on a case-by-case basis rather than a set milestone) collection has good chances of being included, unless it's already covered by another theme. I don't mind adding collections that are still being worked on, either: in fact, it has sometimes encouraged the collectors to increase it even more.
For that reason I've decided to add the nuclear-themed collection, under the subcategory of Humanity & Society (wasn't really sure but it seems the best fit). About the death-themed collection, I'm afraid there's already this one collection (Abandon All Hope) that is sort of an "evil-themed" collection including cards related to death, so the 2nd submission's theme would already be covered. Congrats on the addition of the 1st, though!

Bringing this back on topic, I'd like to submit my Fire Emblem collection. There are other collections like it, but mine's the largest (for now). :)

I'm bidding on the Z Z Z Z S1, and I currently have the (hyphen hyphen) S1. I also have an extra (hyphen hyphen) S2; would you like that card?

They seem to be puppets of someone, and for the most part in the same region. Perhaps you can try collecting all nations in the region (for a regional collection) using the S2 list. I say this, because I’m not sure if they can be included on the count that they’re all puppets by one person, but it might be included in the regional collection leaderbpard.

I've done the weekly thread update; checked every collection and added some others (both from people posting here and ones I may have found while browsing the forums or market).

I concur with this comment. I maintain the Regional Collection Leaderboard so you can submit a regional collection with 10+ cards by telegram and I'll add it!

Grouping these two together since they have the same alphabetical theme, but right now I don't feel like adding either. One that it's probably too easy to get, second that it's not really interesting for collection viewers. For the first one specifically, you could argue that Luna's similar Bookends collection has been added, but in that case, it's more the value of the cards that is interesting (not only two copies of the expensive Testlandia but also other two few-owner cards).
