Possibly (not guaranteed) an uncommon card. Some common cards have golden badges.

Also, since the inflation of region founders (caused by the run for badges and the uncountable ammount of farming puppets), I doubt, that the region founder badge (when not backed up by some not-puppet-inhabitants of said region) will be of significant importance for ranking anymore. But that´s just my guess.

Mine's been Epic in both previous seasons, and I don't believe I've recently gained or lost gold stat badges, so it'll most likely be the same in S3.

Probably an uncommon because you have a lot of orange badges, but you would probably need some gold badges to get rare OwO
