I've been working on boosting my rarity for when S3 rocks around. I don't have many 1% badges since I'm trying to manage my nation moderately which doesn't lend itself to pumping the numbers, but I'm working on increasing them while maintaining my nation's identity.

I've founded a region, supported the site, got some easter eggs, raised my deck value and joined the WA, those should hopefully work together to raise it up a bit.

I can't become a region delegate unfortunately, since the other two nations in my region are both me and as such can't also join the WA, so I think my only options now are getting more 1% badges and authoring some issues. Or rapidly becoming widely known enough to get commended or condemned, that would be pretty cool but is... Unlikely.

I'm hoping to make the biggest rarity jump in one season, unfortunately given the length of time that S2 has been going a lot of people will be jumping several rarity tiers methinks, but I'm hoping for Ultra-Rare, I think Epic is out of reach unless I suddenly get inspiration for a several-issue-long saga that causes a sweeping tide of WA regulations to be made which storms the world and I become (in)famous and end up being commended or condemned by the WA for my actions, and I abandon the spirit of my nation and ignore the needs of my people to rapidly make stat badge gains.

This should be taken with a giant 'to my knowledge' as the exact formula for what boosts a cards rarity is entirely unknown, and this is just observation based guesswork; but being a founder is also a relatively small bump.

I would also hazard a guess to say that there's no difference between 6% and 10%, and that it would only provide a boost once your stat hits 5% and the badge changes.

Yeah, I'd guess that you'll be uncommon.

A founder badge is a guaranteed uncommon I believe and if your issue passes, you are a guaranteed Epic.

Also, since the inflation of region founders (caused by the run for badges and the uncountable ammount of farming puppets), I doubt, that the region founder badge (when not backed up by some not-puppet-inhabitants of said region) will be of significant importance for ranking anymore. But that´s just my guess.

I also believe that this is the case as well. Also, I do think they have taken this into consideration already even before Season 1 of Cards was released. For example, this season 1 card has a founder and a golden badge yet it is classified as a common card.

My guess is that, if we were to consider only founder + top 1% + top 5% badges, the rarity of the card can be volatile. The only guaranteed increments I believe are Site Staff badges (guaranteed legendary), a passed Historical Resolution (I do believe this is a guaranteed legendary as well), Commendations/Condemnations (almost certainly a guaranteed legendary), a passed Resolution/Issue (guaranteed epic) and other badges such as Easter eggs and Retired moderator.
