At least rare, though more likely UR, I think. I don't think the WA part changes much, unless you get that to be a gold stat, which is about 100 endorsements, iirc.

From the looks of it, I'm gonna have puppets with a higher rarity than my main. That kinda sucks, but at least I get to see my flag on a rare/UR card.

Making it to epic with about the same amount of gold stats, and three resolutions would be Grays Harbor. More gold stats and four resolutions would be Studly Penguins. This would be my basis for believing Hulldom’s more in the rare-ur range.

You could also take Mundiferrum (in that collection) for instance. A single resolution plus more gold badges brought them to epic at S1 and ur at S2.

Then again, people did mention more cards are going to be in higher rarities due to there being tons of new nations to fill in the bottom rarities, so I am, of course, not nearly certain enough to say outright Hulldom has no chance of being epic.

Grays Harbor is also a semi-staff member as part of the Secretariat, so that may have a pull on their rarity.

It's also worth noting the formula for rarities changes every season.

I presume it's a really small boost, because there are common cards with the supporter badge. Maybe it's used to break a tie between two nations right at the line between one rarity and another, but that's just my guess...

Based on past seasons, founder + two 5% badges (or probably a little more?) seemed to secure rare, so yeah. I think you definitely could too.

You have a nice amount of gold badges + a founder badge, so I think UR/rare is a good place to put you. Three of your badges are close to gold, so if you could get a delegate badge and those three before S3, epic is also a possibility, I think.

One gold badge usually guarantees UC. If S3 is delayed a ton, and you get that influence stat to gold, and you endotart a little more, rare is certainly a possibility, though I’m still leaning to UC.

If the time between S1 and S2 is the same as the time between S2 and S3, S3 will drop in mid-July this year. This will almost guarantee me a top 1% badge in influence (I have endorsed every WA member in my region, Europe, and the endorsements are still coming in) and some more categories such as Retail, Inclusiveness, and DV. This means that I am probably gonna have a rare card, possibly even an ultra rare card.

All I really said was UC with a chance of being rare, so I didn’t argue with them there. I wouldn’t completely rule out the possibility of them being UR, but I didn’t predict that they’d be UR either.

A little more than just those two stats:

Based on those examples, the rarity increases by amount of endorsements and influence. Unless they somehow surpass Imperium Anglorum, I’d assume they wouldn’t be able to move higher than rare.
