Given the good amount of 5% badges but not many 1% badges, I'd be undecided between UC and rare. Luckily you have a fair amount of influence and also nearly top 100 on cards, so if you keep your deck value up then maybe you jump a rarity.

One 1% badge seems to be a guaranteed uncommon, plus you have the founder badge, so you’d be at least uncommon.

Assuming the process remains similar, there should be ~62 more legendary cards this season, so you have a better chance. Not to mention 12 legendary cards this season have CTEd so that opens up even more potential spots.
