I suggest building some more influence and endorsements and stuff, since those seem to be weighted pretty well. Getting some more top-1% badges will help too.

If you really want to be guaranteed UC or above, make your own region. The founder badge means you will be at least UC in rarity.

I would say ultra-rare since my S2 card is a rare one and my easter eggs have increased greatly as well as my influence in the region

I’d say that I would be an Uncommon card because of those 5 ranks I am at least Top 10%-

Probably common, since I only have bronze and green badges, and have neither founded a region, got easter eggs, not am in the World Assembly. I'd be lucky to get uncommon.

On this one, probably an uncommon or rare, maybe even an ultra-rare with a WA badge, and two 1% with one being cards, a few 5%, and a decent amount of 10%, kind of wish class status had an influence on it

With the new boost given for high deck values, you may end up with a higher rarity than that! But I'd be happy to help you out; just gift me your Legendaries and that should sort it out.

You have to be in the top 250, by the looks of it, with additional bonuses for being in the top 10, 50, or 100.

I think I'll be a rare. I'm Delegate of a decent-sized region and I have good stats and some easter eggs. I don't think that's enough to make me a really high value card but it'll probably be enough to put me above common or uncommon if I'm lucky.

Oh, and I'm very influential.
