Depends. If I manage to get more cards or more dystopian, or even be the WAD in my region, that might bump be up to Rare. As for my other nation Homyland, it's probably bound to be another rare, but I might be able to get it an Ultra-Rare card.

I would get rare where I am, probably ultra rare, and if I have better ranking and I have a founded region, I would get ultra rare, epic.
