Pretty sure you'd be common supposing the cards come out right now. Get any stat to 1% and I think you're for sure uncommon or try and reach 250 in cards. That works too.

Not positive, but I think you have enough time to get more golds. By the way, if you want to get DV like I do, I recommend you join the Cards discord. Very helpful.

Also, I'm not sure when being a higher rank in influence/endos start to affect rarity more, however for international artwork, starting in season 3, it'll be tiered as follows:

I would think so. Postmaster-General + a 1% badge is usually enough to clear Uncommon.

Personally, I'm hoping to make Ultra-Rare this time around, but I'd be happy to get at least Rare (I was Uncommon for seasons 1 & 2).

1 1% badge usually only gets you to uncommon. In season 2 I had 3 1% badges and 4 Easter eggs, but I was still just uncommon. You might be able to make rare if you got your founder badge back, as I have seen a few nations that got rare with just a founder badge and 1 1% badge

Founder badge plus all of your other stuff will definitely get you at least rare. Maaaaaaaaaaaybe Ultra Rare, but I think that is probably a stretch (idk how international artwork will affect rarity, so there is a chance).
