I'd say my S3 card would probably be Epic again, but possibly Legendary. Does anyone know to what extent the Challenge Game rating correlates with how the Card Mini-Game scores rarity tiers (minus the Championship Points)? For fun, I just ran a Head to Head test against the Top 100 Legendary cards (those that weren't expired) and defeated all but Tenkistan, Kyldellian Halon and Disco Empire.

Yes, issues author seems to be a guaranteed Ultra-Rare.

However, that isn't easy. If you want to become an issues author, you should really draft on the Got Issues forum. It helps a lot.

The only way that I can get an ultra rare at this point is either:
1. Draft a WA proposal (unlikely, because why would I at this point)
2. Submit the "A Seedy Predicament" issue and hope that it gets edited and accepted quickly (also unlikely)

idk about all of them but I remember seeing a tweet saying that being in the top 500 for trading cards gives you a higher bounus then just a regular 1% badge.

In S3 international artwork's going to play a part in rarity. Influence and WA endorsements also seem to be weighted more if you're a high-rank in them - see Sundred, epic off of 2nd in WA endorsements alone.
