its not the fastest guide out there, but check my guide to get them all. depending on what easter eggs you are aiming, some might be impossible

I'm thinking Ultra Rare. I'm in a very similar boat to you (12 golds, 10 eggs, nation CTEd for seasons 1 and 2), and I've always been told that I'll be a UR. I don't think you'll be any different.

EDIT: We're also both Anarchies whose national animal is the owl (when I'm not hunting for Easter Eggs). Those don't matter at all, but I thought it was a fun coincidence. Maybe being in the WA will help you, but I don't think it'll be enough for Epic.
