Since it's a badge on your nation page, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't, but I also haven't been able to observe a card where it looks like it made the difference between one rarity and another.

I think Founder guarantees a jump from Common to Uncommon, and possibly a little bit more than that too. Those Common Founders probably founded Regions during the inscription period — that would've allowed them to gain the Badge, but not jump up in Rarity.

That’s correct, if you observe the cards more, you’d see they founded GCRs like Lazarus, which wouldn’t make sense.

What I see in the thread, now I may be more of an ultra-rare than rare with WA, top 250 for cards, another 1% badge, two 5% badges, and probably about 10-15 10% badges with more on the way. If I do write an issue, that is a guaranteed ultra rare anyways, also hoping my ee will arrive to help

I would be willing to wager that my card would be common. At most, it would be uncommon. My jaw would hit the floor and reach my upper lip again if something between now and then caused it to be a rare. Aside from guessing what I don't know about right now, I don't really care what the rarity of my card is so long as I have it when it's released.

I think you're spot on with that thinking. I'm not sure if you'll get rare with four golds, but you certainly will with five. And since you're right on the border with defence forces, I think you can manage to pick it up if you spend the next couple weeks focusing that stat.

Looking at your stats, I might not say ultra-rare, but still a possibility, but probably more epic and probably not legendary, with with a store badge, atleast one easter egg, 8 1%, 24 5%, and about 5 10%, and a WA badge on top. Don´t know that much on rarity, but I know a little. If you do get epic, then nice job, but I have to agree with Noah in that epic kind of sucks, everyone just always have basically 5 asks from five different people for .55-1.00 when the MV is .5

Actually, I think rare/ultra-rare for them is accurate. A lot of nations I see that get to be epic have >10 gold badges.

Yep just picked up Defence forces gold badge, and pulled 2 Easter eggs, will begin my focus upon secularism and mining to get 7 gold badges, maybe I’ll even be delegate when S3 launches!
