If you don't already know this, the deck cap is not a hard cap - it only prevents gifting.
For example, I've stored one of my collections on a puppet with a deck cap of 100, though I have 1400 cards on it https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... rd_archive

I think it has a good side too, since many lowballers (bidding way below junk value) have no chance now profiting from epics.
With this way, that epics always has a 0.5 buying order they have no chance to get them for 0.3 or even less, which a lot of time happened in S1

What is the "Frisbeeteria-problem"?
I intentionally provide a "floor" and sometimes a "ceiling" for Epics. The floor is 0.50 (JV) and the ceiling is typically 1.00. Lots of people posts Asks at 0.50, and during the hour of auction time other players will raise their Bids. The seller is guaranteed at least JV for their Epic and may get more than that. I'm amazed that anyone would have a problem with these low bids, as there is only potential benefit for sellers as well as buyers. The worst outcome for someone matching a bid would be to get JV. If someone asks something dumb like 0.01, I'm not going to worry about their stupidity in asking below JV. I provide an instant market for every Epic. If you want more, feel free to Ask for more.
As for my "ceiling" price of 1.00, I consider that "impatience tax". If you want a card and only I have a card, you can put in a bid for anything over JV and eventually win an auction, or you can pay my price now and get it immediately. Again, I'm not seeing how that does anything bad for any collector. You can always under-bid my prices and hope someone matches soon. I may reduce my Ask during the auction, but that's just how auctions work

I have a goal to collect all or most of the #1 World Census cards with my puppet A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far Far Away, and currently I have 21 of them. It's moving along pretty slowly though, as I scarcely have time for intensive card farming.
I'm also keeping all of my Epic cards because I'm going to give away 7 of them for the NationStates Flag Bracket and I'd like to have some left over.

That's a cool goal. If you place .01 marker bids on the all cards you need, I'll send them your way whenever I happen to pull them and see bids from that puppet, assuming they aren't legendary cards.
