If anything, S3 could come in around October/November/December time. That's my prediction.

I would assume that S3 would come after all the winning issues from the Issues Contest are added. Looking at Trotterdam's list, I see that 2 of the 10 winning issues have been discovered (1472 and 1474) and know that my own winning issue (1478) was added yesterday. Based on that, I think it's fair to say we have at least another month or two to wait.

Yes, they are developing it at the moment (Sedge has confirmed in the NSGP server).

I guess, there won´t be any season III, as long as we don´t find any real solution for the manyfold problems, created mainly by a bunch of a few dozens players (usually adressed as "big farmers"); as long as they aren´t willing to see, why abusing the system is wrong (although technically legal) and to change their ways drastically instead of whining around and providing "so-called solutions" (which usually mainly serve their goals even more than restricting their abusements), I´m afraid, there won´t be any "season III" of the collecting card sub-game", as such a season only would worsen the already existing problems.
Well, that´s only my humble guess, but you might consider to take it into account.

They aren't exactly handcrafted. All of them use the same template and your nation is randomly put into one of the card categories.

We aren't sure when the next season might arrive, no information is given ahead of time other than it is confirmed to be happening.

Rarities are assigned based on your nations category stats (Lifespan, Tourism etc.) and various other factors like WA legislation authorship.

All nations that exist when the new season starts will have a card created for them.

Cards are created via your nations stats, I don't know it exactly BUT this is a basic overture,

More Badges = Higher Rarity

Founder/Delagite = Higher Rarity

Issue Auther/ SC/GA auther/ condemation/commendation = higher rarity

Theres a very simple answer. Also don't ask about Season 3 cause each time you ask an extra day is added.
