I'm guessing it will come with April fools. Max will say something about how rampant inflation has forced him to set the card values to their junk prices and then the next day he'll release season three. Either that or he'll release it as Christmas in July. Those are my bets.

That would make sense, it could be a celebration of the 3rd Anniversary of S1.

Guess I was wrong about April Fools. Although this April Fools day event is exciting. I could still be right about the Christmas in July thing.

They might also come after the popularity contest is over. Maybe the S3 cards even look kinda like the options.
